Selling my Lazy Daze RV

Well, all good things must come to an end. I've been debating this decision for many months now and finally decided to sell the RV and start on a new adventure.

Here are the particulars on the RV:

Currently located in Orange County, California.
1998 Lazy Daze 23.5' Front Lounge.
It's on a Ford E350, V10.

I bought this RV from the original owners in Sept 2009. They kept it in a garage when they weren't out in it.

It has all the usual appliances of a self-contained RV and all are in good working order.

Roof a/c, furnace, 3-burner stove and oven, microwave, fridge, water heater, manual awning, full bathroom with shower, 4KW generator.

It sleeps up to 4 - two in the bed over the cab and two on the couch that pulls out into a full-size bed.

Fridge and freezer

3-burner stove and oven

Microwave above stove and double stainless steel sink.

It's a roomier bathroom than most.

Extra features:
(2) 100W solar panels installed by AM Solar (you can tilt them up)
LinkLite battery monitor
SeeLevel tank gauges
Alarm system
Rear airbags
Olympian Wave 3 catalytic heater
Upgraded 55 Amp converter
Outside shower
New Michelin tires and alignment in April 2016
Borg valve stems
Insulated ceiling vent covers
ProFill battery watering system (new house batteries Mar 2015)
Jack antenna
Spare water pump

Solar panels on roof

LinkLite battery monitor

Olympian Wave 3 catalytic heater

Other extras included, like tire covers, hoses, 12V box fan, Easy Curtain, leveling blocks, portable inverters, 12V Skyworth tv/dvd player and much more.

The engine has been well-maintained. I have some of the original owner's records and all of my own. The transmission was rebuilt in 2011.
The spark plugs were replaced at 85,000 miles by the guys at blownoutsparkplugs.
Much more maintenance done - see the records.

The engine has 122,770 miles on it and it runs great. As well-maintained as it's been, and if maintenance is kept up, it will likely still be running past 200,000 miles.

My asking price is $15,000.
